This product is a khaki-colored knitted fabric knitted from 100% para-aramid (aramid 1414). It is safe, eco-friendly, and highly resistant to fading.Its core feature is the perfect integration of the inherent flame-retardant properties of para-aramid with the softness of a knitted structure, offering excellent high-temperature resistance, cut resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.The advantages include non-declining protective performance, carbonization without dripping when exposed to fire, self-extinguishing upon removal from flame, and maintaining stability even after prolonged use or repeated washing. The knitted structure offers breathability and skin-friendliness, overcoming the stiffness of traditional aramid fabrics, enabling close-fitting wear.
The Feature Of Heat Prevention Fabric
(1) Intrinsic flame retardancy + high-temperature resistance: Limit Oxygen Index (LOI) approximately 30%, self-extinguishing upon removal from flame; thermal decomposition temperature exceeding 550°C, with long-term stable operating temperature ranging from-20°C to 204°C, and no melting or dripping during combustion.
(2) Soft and breathable + Knitted structure: The knitting process endows the fabric with excellent extensibility and elasticity, resulting in a soft tactile feel. It can be used as glove linings or tight-fitting protective clothing, with superior breathability compared to woven aramid fabric, ensuring greater comfort during prolonged wear.
