Aluminized Fire Retardant Aramid Fabric
Aluminized Fire Retardant Aramid Fabric is made from para aramid, meta aramid, coated with aluminized foil. The base material utilizes a scientifically optimized blend of meta-aramid and para-aramid fibers to achieve complementary performance: meta-aramid provides the fabric with excellent flame retardancy and high-temperature resistance, with long-term temperature resistance up to 250-300℃. It does not burn, melt, or release toxic gases when exposed to fire, effectively blocking flames and heat. Para-aramid offers high strength and high tensile strength, significantly improving the fabric's abrasion resistance, tear resistance, and puncture resistance, protecting against mechanical stress and sharp objects. The surface is coated with an aluminized film using a precision process, which efficiently reflects infrared radiation and heat, enhancing thermal insulation. It also forms a dense protective barrier, improving the fabric's resistance to acids, alkalis, corrosion, and moisture, protecting against harsh environmental conditions.
