How It Works

How Custom Orders Work

A clear, timelined process from your spec to a finished, compliant product - on any fabric line.

Step 1

Requirement Alignment

Within 24 hours

The client provides usage scenarios, functional requirements, execution standards (GB / EN / ISO / ANSI), fabric specifications, or physical samples. We promptly review the requirements and confirm the feasibility of customization.

Step 2

Solution & Quotation

1–2 days

We match the appropriate fiber, fabric weight, width, and finishing processes to the specific working conditions. We then present a customized solution, including transparent factory-direct pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and lead times.

Step 3

Custom Sampling

3–10 days

Our workshop produces a full set of samples, covering weaving, coating, and finishing. Free sampling is available for qualified orders, ensuring the sample specifications match the final bulk production.

Step 4

Sample Confirmation & Testing

Concurrent with order

The client confirms the final sample specifications and production standards. If third-party compliance reports are required, we can arrange SGS or CTC testing; mass production begins upon successful verification.

Step 5

Mass Production

20–30 days

We implement a three-stage quality control process - covering pre-production, in-process, and finished goods - to strictly monitor weight, width, coating adhesion, and functional stability, ensuring consistency across the bulk order.

Step 6

Delivery & After-Sales Service

End-to-end support

We provide a complete set of documentation for export orders. Technical support and after-sales service are provided post-delivery; we retain production specifications for existing clients, eliminating the need for repeated sampling on re-orders.

Verifiable Quality

Every custom order undergoes a rigorous quality control (QC) process.

We are not merely a trading intermediary; we are a manufacturer with our own laboratory and QC checkpoints integrated throughout the entire production process. To mitigate potential risks, every batch of products is strictly verified against your specifications.

  • Verification of fabric weight, thickness, and width (roll-by-roll / batch-by-batch)
  • Testing of coating adhesion, surface reflectivity, and lamination bond strength
  • Testing of flame retardancy and burning characteristics (compliant with EN / ISO / GB standards)
  • Verification of cut resistance levels (compliant with EN 388 standards)
  • Testing of EMF / RFID shielding effectiveness
  • Testing of reflectivity and color fastness for high-visibility products (where applicable)
  • Fabric samples available for third-party testing upon request (compliant with EN / ISO / ANSI / GB standards)
