It has a maximum oxygen index of(LOI) ≥28%, remains stable at 500°C without decomposition, and inherently possesses permanent flame-retardant properties. When exposed to fire, it does not melt or produce toxic droplets, and rapidly carbonizes to form an insulating barrier.The embedded reflective threads utilize glass microsphere retro-reflective technology, enabling precise light reflection in harsh environments. The Principle of Reflective Fabric
The principle of reflective fabric is based on the inverse reflection optics, which realizes the warning function by uniformly distributing high refractive index reflective units on the surface of the fabric.When light hits the fabric, the reflective units first refract the light and then reflect it back along the original path to the light source, creating a clear visual highlight.This enables the warning to be recognized from a distance even in low-light conditions, achieving a 'passive lighting' effect.
