This high-performance protective aluminum foil fabric is made of 93% meta-aramid + 5% para-aramid + 2% anti-static fibers, woven with a special process to create a unique small wave pattern. The surface is laminated with high-purity aluminum foil, combining flame retardancy, anti-static properties, high temperature resistance, and strong protection.
Meta-aramid provides core flame retardancy and thermal stability, preventing melting, dripping, and the release of toxic fumes at high temperatures; para-aramid strengthens the fabric's tear resistance and abrasion resistance, extending its service life; and anti-static fibers effectively dissipate static charges, preventing the risk of static ignition in flammable and explosive environments. The small wave pattern enhances the fabric's flexibility and stretchability, conforming to body movements and equipment processing requirements, while also improving the adhesion between the aluminum foil layer and the base material, preventing delamination.
The outer aluminum foil layer reflects infrared radiation heat, and combined with the low thermal conductivity of the fiber base material, creates a double-layer thermal insulation system, significantly reducing temperature rise in high-temperature environments.
