Para Aramid High Temperature Retardant Aluminized Fabric
PX-2430S is a high-performance woven fire-resistant fabric made from a blended substrate of para-aramid and basalt fibers with an aluminum coating. The fabric has a weight of 430g/㎡±40g, a width of 59/60", and is silver in color. Specially designed for extreme high-temperature and intense thermal radiation environments, it integrates high strength, exceptional heat resistance, and efficient thermal insulation and flame retardancy.

Ultra-High Temperature Resistance & Permanent Flame Retardancy
The base material is a blend of two high-performance fibers: para-aramid (thermal decomposition temperature > 550°C) and basalt fiber (sustained temperature resistance of 600–700°C, short-term flame resistance up to 1000°C+). Both fibers are inherently flame retardant , non-flammable, free of molten droplets, shrinkage and flame spread. They perform stably in environments above 500°C, far superior to conventional pre-oxidized silk or aramid fabrics.
High-Efficiency Thermal Radiation Reflection & Insulation
The aluminum-coated surface reflects over 95% of high-temperature thermal radiation. Combined with the extremely low thermal conductivity of basalt fibers, it forms a dual thermal insulation barrier of "external reflection and internal blocking". This significantly reduces temperature rise on the back side of the fabric, providing users with top-tier thermal protection for close-fire operations and intense thermal radiation environments.
Outstanding Mechanical Strength & Durability
Para-aramid delivers ultra-high tensile strength, excellent tear resistance and impact resistance.
Basalt fiber contributes high modulus, high wear resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability.
The composite fabric is tough, puncture-resistant, aging-resistant and dimensionally stable, with a service life 3–5 times longer than traditional fiberglass or aluminum-coated fabrics.
Excellent Craftsmanship & Environmental Adaptability
Produced with precision weaving and vacuum aluminum coating processes, the aluminum layer features strong adhesion and no delamination. The fabric is waterproof, oil-repellent and easy to clean, with resistance to chemical corrosion and UV radiation, suitable for harsh and complex working conditions such as metallurgy, chemical industry and aerospace.
