The PY-2360S is a high-performance woven fire-resistant fabric composed of para-aramid, pre-oxidized fiber, and an aluminum-coated layer. It weighs 430g/㎡±40g, has a width of 57/58", and features a silver color. With a working temperature range of 300°C to 500°C, it combines excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy, thermal insulation, and mechanical properties.
1)Excellent high temperature resistance and flame retardancy
Using a blend of intrinsic flame-retardant fibers as the base material: the pre oxidized silk has a limit oxygen index (LOI) greater than 40%, is stable for a long time at 300 ℃, and can withstand flames at 900 ℃ for more than 3 minutes without melting, shrinking, or melting droplets; The thermal decomposition temperature of para aramid exceeds 550 ℃, providing a high-strength skeleton. The surface aluminum foil efficiently reflects thermal radiation, synergistically achieving continuous operation at 300 ℃ -500 ℃, and can instantly withstand higher temperature impacts.
