Product Features
(1)Excellence in flame retardancy and safety: Natural wool inherently contains high nitrogen content (15%-16%) and high moisture regain, with an ignition temperature of 570-600°C and a Limit of Oxygen Index (LOI) of 25-26. During combustion, it undergoes carbonization without melting or dripping, and self-extinguishes upon removal from the flame. The emission of smoke and toxic gases is significantly lower than that of synthetic fibers such as polyester, thereby preventing secondary skin burns and toxic smoke inhalation.The flame-retardant treated fabric achieves a LOI (Low Oxygen Index) of 30+ and maintains stable flame-retardant performance even after multiple washes, meeting NFPA, ISO 11612 and other standards.
(2)Natural Comfort and Multifunctionality: Retains the breathability, moisture-wicking, and temperature-regulating properties of wool; soft and skin-friendly, suitable for close-fitting protective layers; offers excellent elasticity and wrinkle resistance; naturally antibacterial.
