Aluminized fiberglass cloth is a high-end protective fabric optimized for extreme high-temperature environments. Combined with a metallic aluminum foil coating, it has a specified working temperature of 300℃ and can withstand instantaneous temperatures up to 600℃, offering strong protective performance.
Meta-aramid provides inherent flame retardancy and excellent mechanical properties, being non-flammable and non-melting when exposed to fire, and resistant to abrasion and tearing. Glass fiber acts as the core high-temperature resistant carrier, significantly improving the fabric's thermal stability and effectively blocking heat transfer. Modified acrylic (modacrylic) optimizes the fabric's flexibility and fit, reducing the stiffness of the glass fiber and improving wearing and handling comfort. The surface is coated with a metallic aluminum foil layer, which is tightly bonded through a precise process. This coating efficiently reflects infrared radiation and heat, enhancing thermal insulation, and forms a dense protective barrier, improving resistance to acids, alkalis, corrosion, and moisture, thus protecting against harsh environmental conditions.
