Polyacrylonitrile pre-oxidized fiber is referred to as pre-oxidized fiber, which is made of Polyacrylonitrile fiber as raw material through high-temperature heat stabilization.
Advantages: High flame retardancy and thermal stability, good heat insulation property; acid and alkali corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, good radiation resistance; the weight for the fabric is light, soft and absorbent.
Disadvantages: Low strength, brittle fiber.
Applications:
1. Protective clothing: such as high-temperature overalls, fire suits, combat clothing, welding clothing, fire gloves, fire ribbon, fire escape rope;
2. Flame retardant Decorative materials: such as fire retardant heat resistant curtains and covers, the seat cover for automobiles, bullet trains, aircraft, fire retardant and heat resistant decorative products;
3. Felt heat insulation materials, fire prevention, welding spark retardant materials, fire escape blanket, car seat cladding, soundproofing, interior and so on.
