Production process
Vacuum aluminum coating process: This is a common production method. Hot-dip aluminum process: The fabric is passed through molten aluminum liquid or alloy liquid composed of aluminum powder and other metals to make aluminum adhere to the fabric surface. This process is relatively simple and low-cost, but the uniformity and adhesion of the aluminum coating may not be as good as the vacuum aluminum coating process. However, for some application scenarios where the quality requirements of aluminum coating are not particularly high, such as some temporary heat insulation or reflective uses, the hot-dip aluminum process is an economical and affordable choice.
Chemical aluminum plating process: Aluminum is deposited on the surface of the fabric through chemical reaction using aluminum salts and reducing agents in chemical solutions.
